These terms apply to the AkarReka Plan desktop app ("the app") and this website. By using the app you agree to them.

Using the app

The app is a planning and bookkeeping tool for a small studio. You may use it for your own planning and records. Do not use it for anything unlawful.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. It is stored on your computer and, if you connect Google Drive, in your own Drive. You are responsible for keeping backups and for the security of your computer and your Google account. The Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.

Google Drive

Connecting Google Drive is optional. If you connect it, your use of Google Drive is also subject to Google's own terms. You can disconnect at any time in the app's Settings or in your Google account.

Not professional advice

The app's calculators, reports and accounting lessons are for general information and your own record-keeping. They are not accounting, tax, financial or legal advice. Check important figures with a qualified professional.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may contain errors and may change or stop being available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AkarReka is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profit or other damage arising from your use of the app or this website.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
